Data Governance
Disclaimer
Samhati is an evidence synthesis tool. We provide data points; we do not provide investment advice.
What Samhati Is
Samhati aggregates, structures, and synthesizes publicly available financial and market data into auditable narratives, sector summaries, and momentum metrics. Our product is designed to help you inspect what changed in underlying fundamentals — and trace every claim back to its source observation.
We present evidence. We do not tell you what to do with it. Any interpretation you draw from Samhati outputs is yours alone.
What Samhati Is Not
Samhati is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, or research analyst under SEBI (India) or SEC (United States) regulations. We do not:
- Recommend buying, selling, or holding any security
- Issue price targets, ratings, or investment calls
- Manage client portfolios or execute trades on your behalf
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data point
Regulators evaluate substance over wording. If we said “Buy TCS,” we would be crossing the line — regardless of how we phrased it. We do not cross that line. Our language is deliberately observational: metrics changed, momentum shifted, evidence quality is high or low.
Previews & Illustrative Content
Some Samhati pages show limited previews — static screenshots, sample charts, or time-boxed access to live data. Preview content may be incomplete, delayed, or used for demonstration only. It must not be relied upon for any investment or trading decision.
Data Sources & Limitations
Samhati draws from regulatory filings, exchange disclosures, and third-party data providers. While we store immutable records and maintain observation lineage, errors in source data, processing delays, or AI-generated synthesis may occur. Past momentum patterns do not predict future performance.
Sector dashboards, custom factor weighting, and backtest visualizations are analytical tools — not forecasts. They illustrate how metrics behaved under specified assumptions; they are not prescriptions for action.
Your Responsibility
Before making any financial decision, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any investment and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
