Terms of Service

Samhati is a product of Wenesay (wenesay.com). These Terms govern your access to Samhati (“Service”), operated by Wenesay. By using the Service or completing a paid checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Samhati is an evidence synthesis and market intelligence tool for the Indian market. It aggregates and structures publicly available data into narratives, metrics, and dashboards. It is not investment advice, a brokerage, or a portfolio management service. See our Disclaimer for full scope.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws, including SEBI and other applicable regulations.

3. Subscriptions & payment

  • Paid tiers (Pro, Research) are billed through Razorpay. Prices are shown on the pricing page in INR.
  • Access is granted via a browser cookie on the device used to pay unless we provide another restore method. We do not guarantee cross-device access without support intervention.
  • Subscription metadata (payment ID, order ID, tier, expiry) is stored in our database as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once access is activated. Contact support@samhati.ai for billing disputes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Service at abusive rates, reverse-engineer proprietary systems, resell access, attempt unauthorized access to operator tools, or use the Service to mislead others into believing Samhati provides regulated investment advice.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. AI-generated narratives may omit or misstate facts despite our validation steps.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WENESAY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT — INCLUDING TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wenesay and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your state.
