Refunds & Cancellations

Samhati is built by Wenesay (wenesay.com). This page explains when you can cancel a paid Pro or Research purchase and how to request a refund.
24-hour window
You may request a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of payment by sending an email to support at . Include your Razorpay payment ID or order ID from the checkout receipt so we can locate the purchase.
If we approve the request, we will refund the amount via Razorpay (timeline depends on your bank or UPI provider) and revoke paid access for that purchase.
After 24 hours
Unless required by applicable law, purchases older than 24 hours are non-refundable once access has been activated. Billing disputes or payment errors may still be reviewed — contact support at with your receipt details.
How cancellation works
- Samhati sells prepaid access passes (monthly or yearly), not auto-renewing subscriptions billed from a saved card on our side.
- “Cancellation” within the 24-hour window means a refund request plus removal of paid access tied to that payment.
- After the pass period ends, access simply expires — there is nothing further to cancel unless you buy again.
How to request
- Email support at within 24 hours of payment.
- Subject line suggestion: “Refund request — [payment ID]”.
- Include Razorpay payment ID / order ID and the plan you purchased (Pro or Research).
- We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated or if we need more details.
